The primary purpose of CWiTN is to become carriers of the glory of the LIVING Word and women through whom people experience the love and power of Jesus Christ.
In a loving, structured and safe environment, the mission of this ministry is simply to train women how to thoroughly search and mine through scripture for the purpose of developing an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying to the church.
"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." - 3 John 2.
Holy Spirit, we recognize and acknowledge You as our Teacher. We sit at Your feet to learn from You. Open Thou our eyes that we may behold wondrous things out of Your law (Psalm 119:18). Give us an ear to hear You, a heart to receive You and a mind and will to obey. In Jesus' name. Amen
Dr. Linda P. Chinn is the lead servant and founder of
Christian Women in Training Network, Inc.. Her mission is to uproot and pull down false belief systems in the lives of God's people and build them up by planting in them the incorruptible seed of the living Word.
She received her Master of Theology & Divinity degrees from Christian Life School of Theology in 2004 and 2005 and Doctor of Ministry degree from Beacon University Institute in 2006. Dr. Chinn's calling is prophetic teaching.
Currently residing in Douglasville, GA, Dr. Chinn has been married to her best friend and earthly angel Michael for over 25 years. They have twin daughters and one granddaughter.
Christian Women in Training Network started out in 2004, without an official name, as a mentoring ministry teaching women how to set and maintain physical health, financial and spiritual goals for themselves. To be a part of the mentoring program women were required to read books such as "Under Cover" by John Bevere, "Pass the Baton" by Dale C. Bronner and others. To further their spiritual growth the members attended several annual conferences hosted by world renowned women's ministries.
In 2008 we hosted our own first annual retreat!
In 2010 God called Dr. Linda P. Chinn, our Lead Servant, to "teach women how to study" so she started having Bible study at her house where the name "Christian Women in Training" was first established. At the 2012 annual retreat one of the guest speakers kept calling the ministry "Christian Women in Training Network" and the Lead Servant knew she was hearing from God. CWiTN continues to grow and is currently holding Bible study at a local church. Since 2011 several other Bible study ministries have been birthed out of CWiTN. PRAISE GOD!
CWiTN's call to duty and main focus today is to PRAY and teach women HOW to study and mine through scripture.
